By identifying tailor made investment solutions on a case by case basis, Mid Equity Partners aims at investing in:
underperforming companies mainly unlisted within the Italian mid-size market;
sectors and niches where Italy boasts distinctive talents worldwide (so called Italian Skills);
contexts featuring consolidation processes and/or succession/ownership redefinition;
majority stakes in consolidated companies or, alternatively, minorities of high growth companies suitable for a nearby IPO;
companies with an Enterprise Value between 10 and 100 Million Euros.
