The Company

Mid Equity Partners S.p.A. (MEP) is an independent investment company - established early 2007 - by a complementary team highly experienced in domestic and international private equity investments.

MEP acts as the arranger, manager, and co-investor of investments focusing on unlisted companies within the Italian mid-size market, especially in the so-called “Italian skills” niche (i.e. sectors such as fashion, design, food & beverages, tourism and leisure and related services, etc.).

The Company invests both its own funds and the ones provided by selected institutional and private investors by co-opting them accordingly on a deal by deal and risk-return basis, exploiting long term commitments and co-investments agreements.

MEP personally handles each investment stage (i.e. arrangement, value creation, disinvestment) in a continuous manner.
